Priolo, Augusta and Melilli: what documents do I need at pick-up?
ID card or passport, a valid driving licence and recent proof of address (no older than 6 months). You upload them online before arriving, so there is nothing to fill in at pick-up.
How big is the deposit and when is it released?
From €400 on city cars with Basic cover, and it is only pre-authorised — held on the card, never charged. It is released on undamaged return. Kasko cover lowers it; with Kasko Zero a €100 deposit remains for fuel and fines.
Is mileage unlimited outside the area too?
Yes, always and with no excluded areas: from our base you can reach Noto, Etna or the tip of Portopalo without the bill changing.
Where do I pick up and return the vehicle?
At Via Litoranea Priolese 15A in Priolo Gargallo (Syracuse). On request we arrange delivery elsewhere: the cost is calculated on the distance from our base and shown when you book.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up: the refund starts automatically and the pre-authorised deposit is released.
What happens if I damage the car?
Third-party liability is always included. Kasko cover reduces the excess and the deposit; Kasko Zero removes the damage excess entirely. We photograph the vehicle at handover and on return, so its condition is documented on both sides.
