The journey of a booking

  1. Travellers find you

    Your vehicle is on Fazen in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish, compared transparently: total price, deposit and excess clearly shown. You set prices, seasons and terms (Base, Kasko, Zero).

  2. They pay online

    The customer pays by card. The deposit is held on their card 24 hours before pick-up: no cash at the desk.

  3. They check in from their phone

    Documents, identity check, driver details and contract signature, before reaching the desk.

  4. You hand over

    At your branch or, if you choose, at the customer’s address at a per-km price you set. At return you record mileage and condition.
